Adjacent to the main Hospital is St. Joseph ’s Medical Centre, which provides offices for General Practitioners as well as several Specialists. Also located on property are:

Structure
St. Joseph 's Hospital is owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kingston, with an advisory Board of Directors, consisting of medical professionals, members of the private sector, and the Archbishop of Kingston.
The hospital Mission and objectives are all guided by the Executive Director and supported by the medical committee, the Friend’s of St. Joseph’s, the Directors of Nursing and Finance and a vivacious team of non-medical and medical staff.
The hospital is accredited and recognized by the local health sector and actively participates as a member of the Jamaica Private Hospital Association.
