We also saw the need to address the nutritional component of wellness therefore inviting Country Farmhouse and Soya Products Ltd. to operate our Wellness Café.

The motto used by Country Farm house is “Providing the best vegetarian options for protein and nutrition.”

Country Farmhouse started out in 1983 as a home based cottage project and has now expanded to an island wide distributor of soy and vegetarian products.

An outgrowth of Country Farm house is 7 basik and More Vegetarian Supply Centre, which operates as a wholesale and retail outlet.  Country Farmhouse along with 7 Basiks concept has partnered with St. Joseph’s Hospital Wellness & Fitness Centre to continue promoting healthy lifestyle choices.   Some of the items provided at our Wellness Café are:

The last component of our Wellness & Fitness Centre is our gym, which address all the concerns pertaining to weight management and a healthy lifestyle.

We have a fully equipped gym which offers a wide variety of services.   Some of these services are:

We have Certified Instructors who are here to help you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals.  Our fees are very competitive and are accompanied by special discounts for civil servants, senior citizens, students, clubs and organizations.

And to complete this health care package we also have the services of Physioquest.  Physioquest is operated by Ms. Michelle Depass who is a registered Physical Therapist and her office is located right here at our St. Joseph’s Medical Centre.
